We are looking for dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. Whether you have experience or are new to care, we welcome compassionate individuals ready to make a difference.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, you will:
✅ Provide personal care (washing, dressing, toileting).
✅ Assist with mobility, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
✅ Offer companionship and emotional support.
✅ Help with household tasks to maintain a clean environment.
✅ Follow care plans and report any changes in service users’ needs.

Experience & Training

• No experience needed – full training provided!
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Driving license & access to a car preferred but not mandatory.
• Enhanced DBS check required (employer may cover cost).

Working Hours & Shift Patterns

We offer flexible shifts to fit your lifestyle:
📅 Weekdays:

• 06:00 AM – 09:00 AM (07:00 AM start available)
• 05:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Some shifts extend to 11:00 PM)

📅 Weekends & Bank Holidays:

• 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM (07:00 AM start available)
• 02:00 PM – 09:30 PM (Some shifts extend to 11:00 PM)

Pay & Benefits

💰 £12 per hour (Competitive rates)
🌟 Holiday entitlement calculated on a pro-rata basis
